Prices
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT and postage and packing. For sales and delivery within the United Kingdom:- Postage and packing for orders under £25 is £2.95, and for all larger orders it is £7.50. Postage and packing is not charged on training fees or deposits.
- VAT will be added to the final order total at 17.5%
Payment
On checkout from online purchases, secure payment can be made with all major credit and debit cards, or from a Paypal account. You can now also use major credit and debit cards for telephone orders.
Broken picks
Lock picks are fragile and delicate instruments and can break if too much force is applied. Walker Locksmiths will not therefore replace broken picks and all such items are non-returnable.Delivery
All shipments are sent by Recorded Delivery. Should a shipment be lost in transit, a claim supported by the customer will be made to the Royal Mail or courier. A replacement shipment or refund will not be made until such claim and investigation is completed. Shipment or tracking numbers are available to the customer upon request.Your legal declaration
